Design
It all begins with the designs and our highly experienced design team is running RhinoCad, Autocad, and UG/NX for 3D work on 3D printed eyewear.
Typical designs for standard productions are completed within 1-3 days.
Once your designs are all set and signed off on we get your materials prepped and begin.
Typical production times vary depending on design complexity, order size, materials used and more.
High Technology
CNC cutting
At Doon we incorporate some of the highest technology in the machining process as well as many other stages of production.
Over 130 processes involved in creating various eyewear have been developed and refined to yield the highest level of quality in eyewear production. We use 5-axis CNC machine to cut frames with a lot of details.
Precise welding
Our welding production line owns the most experienced workers and Doon has many techniques for top quality titanium frames. We control every process from material, components to soldering, welding, tumbling and polishing.
Surface processing
Our techs are some of the most experienced in the industry and understand the requirements of high end western brands which has come from years of producing for our client base.
Quatlity Control
Strict adjustment
We make the strict control process before final frame shipment. To ensure every frame will keep the best status when they go to the clients and last for a long time. Opening angle, tilt, balance, cleaning, each process we will check it.
